MOTIVATION!!!

Hello!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful morning, or afternoon, night, what ever time it is for you right now!!!

I just wanted to say that there are so many great benefits of exercising and getting fit for all of those who need a little bit of inspiration!! Besides the fact that you get your beach ready body, you ALSO get more self esteem!! more energy!! a healthier heart!! healthier working organs!! nicer skin!! and so much more!! (not only from working out but also from eatting a little better as well!) I know that it is extremely hard to try and make your self get up and go to the gym or go and exercise doing something else but trust me, after the first time you get up and go, its way easier to go and do it again!! Sometimes we all get nervous or intimidated by new things that we want to do and that holds us back from doing them, but once you do them, youll see that you will end up being so happy that you did it and you will feel great about yourself for doing it, that you will want to keep on doing it! (that is, if you liked the activity that you did haha) You just have to push yourself out of your comfort zone to try the new things that you want to do and just tell yourself that you will be fine, that you will be able to do it!! Just ask yourself, what is the worst that can happen? and once you answer that, then ask yourself, is this really a good reason to hold me back? Whether it is that your worried that other people will judge you, that you arn't in good enough shape, that you don't have anyone to go with, whatever the reason is, just turn those negative thoughts into positive ones!! Tell yourself, who cares about what other people think, and why would they care so much about what I am doing anyway?? Who cares if im in good enough shape, isn't that why I'm coming here, and this will help me get into better shape!!! Who cares if I don't have anyone to go with, maybe I will meet new people once I get there (unless your hiking, cuz its always safer to have someone with you for that)!! Just keep telling youself things like that!! Just pump yourself up and don't let yourself get yourself down, and try new things and the way you feel afterward, whether you like the activity or not, will be so rewarding!!!

Progress!!!

Update!!! I have been trying to do some sort of exercise at least five days a week to get in shape!! I started out going to the gym, doing the elliptical for about an hour or so, and now Iv worked up to hiking a lot!! Im going to start biking, maybe a little rollerblading (which I did today and it was a ton of fun!!), some indoor rockclimbing hopefully (and maybe someday get some lessons on outdoor rock climbing!! It looks like so much fun!!), and probably more outdoor things that are more interesting than just going inside to a gym!! OH! and I have been doing this video called Yoga Meltdown by Jillian Michaels, which is amazing!!! and works out your whole entire body and is helping me get toned!! I want to join a yoga class (pilates too!!)and maybe do some dance classes as well!! All of these things work out different parts of your body and are things you can do that are fun, but also burn tons of calories and help you get fit and healthy!!

Also I have been changing what I eat as well! My major weakness is fried chicken (especially boneless buffalo wings from Buffalo Wild Wings!!! yum), but I cut out eatting that as much, but still treat myself every once in awhile! (its not good to deprive yourself!!!) I have been drinking a lotttt more water, been taking more vitamins(daily vitamin) and fish oil, trying to eat moer wheat bread instead of white bread, just making minor changes that in the long run make such a difference!!!

I have a little over a month until my goal of getting into bikini body shape!! Whos with me!!

Spunkin up for Motivation Station!!!

Right now, is the absolute first time I have EVER written a blog!!! And it is going to be about getting in shape for the summer!! Because i know that it is impossible that I am the only person out there that wants to get in shape for bikini season! I know, I know, I hear about how many people shouldn't only worry about losing weight, and looking fit and such, and how its not good to promote losing weight allllll of the time and everything, but its not just about losing weight, its about how you feel after you lost the weight, and what it actually does to help your health!! And just so everyone knows...I am not a health nut, of any sorts, and I don't plan to be. Im just an average person, and wanted to share my adventure about getting into shape for the summa!! So, for everyone out there that needs a partner and fellow-friend to help for motivation in order to lose weight, that is me!! I am starting tomarrow (Monday, April 19th) for eating better, and working out and all that jazz!! I signed up on this website called www.fitday.com, and its free and everything, but i dont know too much about it but im going to check it out if anyone else wants to also!!

And!! I just wanted to say, thank you so so so so much to KANDEE JOHNSON! i get so much of my motivation and inspiration from her!!! She is such an amazing, positive person, with so much talent! To all of you who read this you should look her up on YouTube, or Facebook, and also her blog is kandeethemakeupartist.blogspot.com! She is amazing and im sure you all will love her!!

Well, that is all for my first blog ever!! I am going to post my success and everything on here, if anyone wants to post theres with me!!!
